Shipping Policy

 

1. SF Express (Hong Kong & Macau)

Shipping Offers:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over HKD$499.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under HKD$499, a shipping fee of HKD$35 (Hong Kong) or HKD$40 (Macau) will be applied.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Hong Kong: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Macau: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery & Collection:

  • Options include door-to-door delivery or self-pickup at designated SF Stations / SF Stores / SF Lockers.

  • ⚠️ Anti-Fraud Notice: To reduce the risk of phishing SMS, all pickup notifications will be sent via the "SF Express App" push notifications instead of SMS. Please ensure your provided phone number is correct and the app is installed.

  • ⚠️ Overdue Fees: For SF Locker pickups, items must be collected within 24 hours. An overdue fee of HKD$15 (SF "Retention Service Fee") will be charged for every subsequent 24-hour period.

  • Cheung Leung Kee is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to delayed pickup. Final fees and schedules are subject to SF Express Official Website.

 

2. Taiwan Delivery (Yamato Transport)

Shipping Offers:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over HKD$499 (approx. TWD$2,000).

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under HKD$499, a shipping fee of HKD$100 (approx. TWD$400) will be applied.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Taiwan: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Restricted Items (Shipping Prohibitions) :
Due to aviation safety regulations and international transport restrictions, the following products cannot be shipped to destinations outside of Hong Kong :

  • Perfumes & Fragrances

  • Compressed Gases (e.g., Hair sprays)

  • Alcohol-based Products (e.g., Aftershave)

  • Lighters and related flammable products


Customs Clearance Requirements:

  • Taiwan orders are handled by Yamato Transport.

  • Per Taiwan Customs regulations, recipients must download the "EZ WAY" App and complete real-time identity authentication for customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any delays caused by incomplete authentication.

3. International Shipping (Rest of the World)
 

Shipping Offers:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over HKD$1,500.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, the fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Estimated Processing Time:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is handed to the courier.

Restricted Items (Shipping Prohibitions) :

Customs Clearance Requirements:

  • Taxes & Duties: Recipients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or local fees. No refunds or reshipments will be provided if the order is delayed or rejected due to customs inspections or unpaid taxes.

4. In-Store Pickup

  • Self-Pickup: Customers may collect their orders at our designated physical stores.

  • Pickup Notification: You may head to the store once your order status has been updated to "Arrived".

  • Preparation Time: Orders are generally ready within 15 minutes during business hours. In the event of insufficient stock, we will contact you individually.
